La Réunion Sensibilisation

After early professional experiences in New Caledonia and Guadeloupe focused on biodiversity and sea turtle conservation, Anne-Emmanuelle worked for two years in Senegal on the conservation of Sahelian terrestrial tortoises, specialising in integrated project management in local contexts.

Based in La Réunion since 2016, she joined the CEDTM, where she has since been involved in projects related to the National Action Plan for Sea Turtles and to responsible interactions between humans and megafauna. Her work includes field-based population monitoring, community and stakeholder outreach, and strategic reflection on territorial conservation issues.

She has been a member of the Board of TOTM since the organisation’s early days in 2017, contributing actively to the association’s development.
